Description

While older iGPUs have been unofficially supported for some time now, the docs have recommended against using OpenVINO with them as the current support is brittle and none of my hardware has been able to reproduce these issues locally in the past. However, it is a frequent source of confusion, and any change to OpenVINO will need to be tested on these iGPUs regardless due to the number of people relying on it. This PR updates the docs to reflect the current state of things.
